Policies & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be made in advance through the booking form, email or Instagram DM.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your spot.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation message has been sent.

  • Remaining balances are due on or before the day of your appointment via cash or bank transfer.

2. Deposit & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Your deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

  • No bookings are held without a deposit.

  • Full payment must be made before services are rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a future booking (subject to approval).

  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full amount for future bookings. Additionally, the artist has the right to refuse future bookings for No-show clients.

  • If the artist must cancel due to illness or emergency, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may require a new deposit.

  • Frequent cancellations or reschedules may impact future booking eligibility.

5. Travel & Mobile Services

Mobile makeup is available across Melbourne and surrounding areas to the artists studio.

  • A travel fee applies based on distance, time, and parking.

  • Early morning (before 7am) or late-night (after 7pm) bookings incur a 20–30% surcharge.

  • Parking or toll fees are the client’s responsibility; however, they are negotiable in correspondence with the artist.

6. Group & Bridal Bookings

  • A minimum of 3 people is required for group or bridal mobile bookings (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Bridal trials are booked separately and strongly recommended.

  • Group booking and Bridal prices are different from the artist's traditional price list on the website.

  • Group and Bridal bookings require a consultation to be quoted a price.

  • A larger deposit may be required for wedding or group bookings.

  • A detailed invoice will be provided outlining all costs, timing, and travel arrangements.

7. Service Conditions

  • Please arrive on time with a clean, product free face.

  • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation (deposit forfeited).

  • The artist is not responsible for makeup longevity if touched up or altered post-appointment.

  • Clients must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the service.

8. Hygiene & Safety

  • All brushes, tools and products are thoroughly sanitised between clients.

  • Disposable applicators are used for mascara, lip products and hygiene-sensitive items.

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who shows signs of illness or conducts inappropriate behaviour.

9. Photography & Content Use

Photos or short clips may be taken before and after your appointment for portfolio and social media use.
You may opt out by informing the artist before your appointment.
All images remain the property of the artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, makeup applications are non-refundable once completed.
Minor adjustments can be made during your session upon request.

11. Liability

The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities that occur if relevant medical or skin conditions are not disclosed.
By proceeding with the service, clients accept full responsibility for their skin health following the appointment.

12. Agreement of Terms

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies and conditions listed above.
